新版伪静态文件不再是httpd.ini 保存相对应伪静态规则文件为web.config到根目录中，老版本主机还是用httpd.ini 

区别老版本与新版本区别，可以上传服务器探针查看iis版本，新版iis为8.5 老版本iis为6.0
